How to use:

1. Apply TopFlow Free and cure for 10–60 seconds (shorter = more intense color, longer = more mirror shine).

2. Rub the chrome powder into the surface.

3. Seal with another layer of TopFlow Free.

For magnetic effect:
Mix the powder with TopFlow Free, apply to the nail, and magnetize before curing.
